• What size area is to be lighted? (This will determine which unit will be needed). 10"-lights up to 150 sq.ft. (14m2) 14"-lights up to 250 sq.ft. (23m2)

• What is the roof type (shingle, tile, flat)? This will determine which flashing to include.

• Is there attic access? (You cannot install light or vent add-on kits without attic access.)
